Not to bore you further, I have an idea with guaranteed success written all over it. I am seeking investors to open a convenience business in the District, Maryland and Virginia area. I have been reviewing and researching this project for a year. It has immense ceiling with unbelievable potential and an opportunity to evolve into a multi-million dollar enterprise. The above locations are fast pace and perfect for this type of business. Not to mention, this project will be the FIRST of it's kind in the area.

This project is in it's start-up stage. But I have already complied a business plan, potential locations, estimated finances and a fully set staff with experience for the desired positions. Ideally I would like to open doors by 2013.
