Seeking 2 investors of 10k

To investors:

Hello my name is Andrew Squire and I'm a college student from San Diego, CA. I have been working on building a base background on what I know will be just as large as eBay in time, and become quite popular quickly by using the press.

I'm a very dedicated entrepreneur and since I've started this project I've came to the rationalization that this is my dream job, and I am highly passionate about it.. so passionate I've worked the last 3 months non-stop about 6 hours a day on building concepts, documentation, and website walk through.

My ROI offer is a minimum of 150% and a max of 450% gain on investments of at least 10k for a duration of 2 years (6% of my company's profit per year.) I am the sole member of my LLC, and I do not plan on issuing an equity percentage of my company only a profit cut for your investment. I need 25k to get the ball rolling on the start of my website. The website once launched is going to be a monopolizing service. I have 1 investor of 10k, and 2 unsure ones I will know by the end of this week whether or not they are in. So there is a chance I may not need the capital but it doesn't hurt to have a back up plan.

The investments cover web development/design and first 2 months of server rental that we need.

To anyone that's interested I require an NDA to be signed and faxed to me before proceeding.

I'm sorry but I'm not comfortable speaking about my website/company which is a monopoly on a public forum when I'm in the seed phase, that's like telling everyone your poker cards when you got a royal flush.

I do have a business plan, documents, and concept mock ups for visual reference.

I require an NDA to be signed and faxed to me before any non-obscure information is shared.

Does it really matter? PM the man if you are serious and wanting info. Otherwise, it shouldn't matter. If you are involved in investments or have ever invested you should know that NDA's come with the territory. If you are not in the arena, you will learn this.
