Yes,
This is a bit crazy but thats what i do, crazy things. I have an opportunity to buy 200 acres of land in the caribbean for 1 million dollars. 1 mile of beach front land is in this 200 acres. I am looking for a few wealthy people are the opportunity to start a real estate syndicate to buy the land and the members will get their respective lots. This is not the only place i placed this ad. I am looking to see what I come up with from various sources but this is a real opportunity. The land is flat and buildable.
