Thumbs up Seek Biz Partner in Torrance

I have found a failing organize cafe that I am in the process of making a deal with them in torrance for me to take over.

My goal is to turn the place around and make it into a fusion cafe that target high schooler and people who go to jc. So business hours will go into 1-2am. It will be a simple but contemporary cafe that serves both western and asian drinks/desert (no alcohol).

I am looking for someone in the South Bay area as a business partner who might be interested in helping me turning this cafe around. My experience is working with distress investments; so I am good with numbers, projections, and some personnel management.

Please email me if you are interested. richard [at] starknightinc.com I would like to get the ball moving.

I would love to help but I am too far away.
Is it ok if I give you some pointers?
    Well I am anyway :P
    • Internet for the people wanting meeting. Offer it for free or they will go some where else.
    • Serve little snacks, as well as sandwiches. Don't try making the food 5* quality. And don't charge too much.
    • If possible by a school or in a town centre. This will mean the students will come or the older aged will.
    • No alcohol will help with less violence, that's a great choice.

Alcohol with a junior college around also == source of income.
Violence is associated with alcohol ABUSE, not alcohol in general.

Serve responsibly, and you will not have issues. Plus, most people don't go to a cafe to get drunk - however, if they're there for a meeting and it`s later in the day on a Friday why not grab a beer?
