I currently own a reasonably successful website. By successful, I mean it is expanding fast, experiencing exponential increase in unique visitors, ranking very well for competitive keyword terms, has a growing number of active daily members.. etc.

It's a niche sport community site that has surpassed my expectations. I can give more details once in contact with anyone interested.

I have basic web development knowledge, knowing only html and css. My php skills are non-existent to be fair. I do possess good SEO ability, which is proven by good rankings for competitive keywords.

The website as it stands is in good condition, no real major bugs etc, however for future expansion and development of the site I am looking for a business partner who is highly experienced in web programming. Someone with good commercial acumen, possessing a desire to succeed financially and having an entrepreneurial mind. Having excellent php and web development skills is absolutely essential, basic or average skills are simply not good good enough. You should also be European or North American based. I am British.

The website now has huge potential and I am looking for someone who can help me take it to that next level, and take a share of the business. If you do not possess the traits I have mentioned, please do not contact me. An 'average' web programmer is not for me, neither is someone who does not have that entrepreneurial desire.

I regard the risk for a potential business partner to be somewhat minimised by the fact that the site is already doing well in terms of traffic and has a good strong base of current members. Graphically and aesthetically wise, it is also strong, and the best website on the net in that particular sport, in my opinion.
