second hand business (clothes & shoes)

Hi,
I'm trying to source goods for my start up shop but almost all suppliers are insisting on minimum purchases which beat my budget. This business is lucrative and i would need a partner (50% at most). I don't need someone sending me money but one sourcing products in USA and partial financing of the purchase. i'll cover all freight and tax clearing (which is approx 50%) of purchase cost. i'm very trust worthy will a 7 year record in banking and still counting (currently at middle management.
