Searching for young entrepreneurs to become reps for Home Page Pays

The multi million dollar company Smart Media Technologies has just released Home Page Pays!

It's a ground breaking home page which not only has unchallenged features, but also pays you to use the net: no matter where you go or what you do, you get paid.

When you give Home Page Pays out to your friends, they also get paid, and so do you! (whether they're using Youtube to listen to music, Facebook to chat to their friends, shopping on Ebay, or using any other site on the internet)

Home Page Pays uses the same formula as Youtube and Google, and generates income through advertisement revenue.

To learn more check out the 3 minute video on the Smart Media Technologies website:

Lol they're marketing this as a 'first time ever' program that allows people to make money while surfing the web. Clearly they weren't around about a decade ago when 'Paid-To-Surf' (aka PTS) programs were all the rage (The term Paid-To-Surf was also adopted by another make money online industry around this time that functioned quite differently).

Being in my early teens at the time and trying to make some money I was a member of at least three different programs that functioned the exact same way except for their surf bars were browser specific. Found this old website that has some of them listed:
Get Paid to Surf the Web

AllAdvantage was the definitely the biggest player in the field that some of you might recognize but as you can see it is long defunct.

It's cool that this Home Page Pays program offers so many cool features and so much organized exclusive content and really provides value to people who use it but sadly they will run into the exact same problem that made all previous Paid-To-Surf programs extinct a decade ago. While these programs worked for a little while, people quickly got blinded to the ads that show on the little bar and these Paid-to-Surf companies simply couldn't find anyone who wanted to pay for the ad spots.

The past programs relied on paying people by the hour like 50 cents or something so their demise was quickly met when advertisers backed out so the revenue share model is certainly an improvement (although I believe AllAdvantage tried to make a comeback with a revenue share model and failed miserably) but eventually it will convert so poorly that advertisers will largely bail from the program or not pay hardly any money and then the people who put in all the effort promoting this won't hardly make any money at all.

The only way this program could possibly survive is if they figured out how to make targeted ads appear based on what content a person was looking at and if they got a huge base of advertisers. It looks to be the same old failed advertising model though, completely unrelated banner ads that never convert. If this is the case then they are in fact NOT using the same successful ad model that Google and others use.

I'm not trying to shoot you down or anything for mentioning this, just wanted to inform you of the flawed business model this program is based on.
Do something you're passionate about. It makes a world of difference to your success.
