First off, the individual must be somewhat technically inclined and aware - further more they must be good marketers. What would be even better is if they where a combination of both, but really it is not necessary.

As to not give away too much of my idea, I would just like to say it`s an extension of an already established business but utilizing different methods which I believe would benefit the business I am trying to establish and the target audience. This particular target audience is hurting right now and I feel this is a prime opportunity to take advantage of that. (No, not by hurting them even more - but as a method to help them).

So to summarize this post - Someone in Eastern Canada. [preferably] Has some knowledge of technology and is good at marketing. Oh, to add further to this - it will not require a large overhead to begin, either.
