Resort for adults only - seeks investor

The USA has very few adult only resorts and even fewer niche resorts. Around the world there are very profitable resorts being visited by USA clientele. I want to reverse this. I want others from around the world to visit our Resort and keep Americans in the USA. I want My project to be the first and the best located here in the states!

I locate properties that will maintain a high property value to establish the investor(s) security. I am working with a wonderful real estate agent that specializes in the resort area. I post updates in the twitter box on the home page of the properties I am currently interested in.

I am extremely experienced in business and the niche that will make this PROJECT WORTH MILLIONS. We are ready to get this going. I have the business ideas, rules of operation, several employees ready to act and a large interested client base.
