I am new to this website. I am looking for business partners or venture capitalists for investments in India. Basically to buy land and develop it and sell them. Guaranteed 70%(or more) return in a year's time frame. I am sure their will be a lot of questions, please PM me and I will try answering as much as I can.

Be careful making guarantees ("Guaranteed 70%...return in a year's time frame").

And by "be careful making" them, I mean "don't make" them, unless you are willing and able to compensate an investor for any difference between the actual return and guaranteed return.

Because this isn't the case, I would advise others to avoid investing with you.

Sound dangerous for me. Too much of promises but less facts to support them. In addition, you are new here and the first post you made was trying to sell something. This really make me feel that you are not trustworthy......
