Real Estate Investment Company!!!!!

Hello All,

Well I have had this idea for a while now and I am very interested in getting it started. I am currently getting my mba with a concentration in Real Estate Development and I want to start an Investment company that invests in Real estate, stocks, options, etc. I am currently looking for business partners that share my same aspirations. If you are interested or have any information or investors that would be interested I would greatly appreciate it. I am located in Houston, Texas.

You live in a good place to start a real estate company, let me tell you that. There are some pretty great deals in Texas, I hear.

thanks for the reply and yes you are correct the land is cheap and the real estate is fairly reasonable seeing that houston didnt see that much of a loss in real estate value.

That right there indicates that Houston isn't that great a place to invest right now. When investing in real estate, you make money on the buy, not the sell. You should look in areas that DID see a great loss in real estate value. Buy low, sell high.

Guys, change of topic slightly, do some quick research online in regards to Australian investment property market. Is one of the best in the world with good capital growth and excellent rental returns.
