property investor/partner wanted

hello people.
my name is john and i am looking for a private property investor/partner to join me in one project to start with but i do have a few bigger ones too but i shall talk about them with the right person when i have shown the first one works. i need someone i can trust fully and who is old school really, no lies between us, no cons, scams etc, we must be able to trust each other fully, you will see very quick you can me, the deal is set for the first project and thats it no change, Do need someone who knows what they are doing buying property and have roughly about £500k to invest.
with in the first 2 years you will get that back + more + a nice regular income too.
as i said i need someone i trust fully as i need the right person to do all the money etc and not give me loads at any one time, why? im terrible with it, i do not even like it really to be honest but we need it. yeah it can go in my bank but i need you to keep it away from me lol,(this does not mean im a gambler or i will rob yours, i just can not save).
not putting to much info up here as well do not want people nicking my ideas and projects, but if i find the right person will give all details too but only face to face,i can show my part works and works well and that i am fully real and do everything i say.
only after one person though, if it was to go wrong it will be because of you, not me so remember that.
