Programmer for low-cost pharmacy start-up venture

I'm a young pharmacist with an idea that can be marketed and sold to independent pharmacy owners throughout the US. The program I have in mind is fairly simple (I believe), and I am in search of a partner with programming background to help develop/maintain the program. This program I have in mind will be ran in additional to their current pharmacy filling system and help improve quality/safety/liability.
