Looking at 162,550 @$1300.00 pr mo. for 5 yrs @8%=175500 being paid back with Baloon ballance paid at end of 5yrs. This is not a bad idea for a mid-size investor to pull out cash from a diving market and sock it away while earning a little back with no loss risk.
I am not a Harvard Graduate, or even a business grad. I have been in this field for 11 yrs since I was 23 yrs old.
