    Powerful Existing Business Needs Funding

A magazine opportunity described as a "home run" by one of the leading publishing experts in the US, is seeking funding. Currently we have a magazine that has been in existence for three years despite being 90% underfunded since its launch in 2006. Again... STILL HERE THREE YEARS LATER DESPITE BEING 90% UNDER FUNDED.

In the short-term I'm trying to raise $1.3 million in order to execute initiatives already in place. This magazine opportunity exclusively targets the largest retail spending consumer demographic in state, second only to CA in overall spending.

In the long-term, this business model will introduced into other market-states at a substantially lower cost, opening up larger advertising opportunities and higher revenue generation.

    Name of Mag?

Perhaps the name of the magazine or offers to send samples would help. Also, does the mag have a website?

    What subjects do you cover?

There is a reason why I haven't named the publication's title. All the above are available for viewing but in these past three years I've learned to qualify individuals as I've effectively improved many titles in my state, i.e., people who have shown interest have merely done so in order to take elements of my magazine to improve their own publications. While I'm not unique in the overall scheme of things, my modified model as teeth to it.

I'm not a novice in this industry and have seen lots of money thrown at titles that were domed to fail from their launch. For many, money is a substitute for a bad idea, which gives legitimate projects a bad name. This is what I've faced along with people offering assistance for control when they have no experience. I'm not greedy by any means and would give control if the entity was more experienced.

I do have a website but a poor one. Funding has been almost non-existent and every dollar goes toward the publication itself. I am well aware of the significance of the good website and look forward to creating a good one.
