Patent Promoters Dot Com - Membership Club - You Own Corporate Shares

Internet Information is helping Inventors sell their patents.

Internet Marketing has provided a low cost means to buy, manufacture, and sell patent ideas to the world-wide market of Billions of people.

Now the average person can own shares in a Global Company, buy patents; manufacture them, and sell them to the Global Market.

The key to this enterprise is to recruit and manage an online team of people to do the work who report to you the corporate stockholder who simply owns corporate stock in the company.

The complete on-going shareholder management process is accomplished by online face-to-face corporate shareholder meetings using online world-class total collaboration software so that you as a stockholder use your computer and a webcam to attend online Corporate Management Report meetings and vote to approve or reject Corporate Management Plans outlined in the meetings by Corporate Department Managers.

Membership cost is $1.00 per month - you can cancel anytime you choose.

Wow, that is a very exciting and confusing website. Second, how can you vouch that this is legitimate? What if i want to buy 40 shares for $40/month instead of 1 share at $1 a month? What company exactly am I investing in?

    Hi Cameron,

Thanks for your post and questions.

Yes...legitimacy. Well, who is honest and who isn't? The best way I know to establish legitimacy is to do everything by the book.

First, all membership money paid is recorded at http://paypal.com

I have a Business Account there in good standing.

Pay Pal submits a statement for all transactions. That provides a paper trail. The authorities would have no trouble finding me. My home address is posted at http://www.patentpromoters. com

If people think this is a good idea, and they join, the first order of business is to hire a licensed attorny to organize and register the Corporation. All legalities will be advised by Corporate legal representation.

The next step is to issue stock to members. Again, all according to legal representation advise.

Then, corporate department budgets established from membership funds.

Then, personnel recruited and hired by Corporate CEO ( me ) :>)

All Corporate decisions are voted on by "member" stockholders.

The question about "owning more stock": No, I want this to be an opportunity for all average people to be part of something "good" in terms of income and growth for the future. So, membership per person.

Please, feel free to ask any more questions and also provide feedback or critical comment.

    Thanks again.

    Hi Jonathan M. Eccher

The SEC is interested in lawful funtion of corporatios and they have regulations and laws to protect people. This venture will follow all USA SEC laws. The First order of business will be to hire a Corporate Attorney to form corporation, and to assure SEC regulation and USA law is adehered to 100%

    Jandmsolution:

Thank you for your "post" and citical comments.

I apologize that you can't read the words at my website.

Yes, it's true, I am not a "website designer"...but it did take me quite a bit longer than a minute to create the site.

I am 67 years old and I do apologize for my poor website design. However, the cost to create my website is very appealing to me. I am not trying to impress people with the "design" of my website. It is the "ideas" that I am trying to communicate.

There will be time and talent to do the website properly if people think my idea has merit. If people do not think my idea is worthy, then it will die just as others do here at this website. The nice thing about the Internet is it is a place for people to share their ideas and try to progress good ideas.

One thing I note by "some" who use Internet sites is their chacracter and Integrity that shows thourgh the words they use to communicate with other people. Sometimes I think people show their true self worth when they use harsh and irrelevant words to express themselves. But, in my over 50 years of selling experience, I've been insulted by "experts" so I've a pretty tough hide.

Keep up the commments; show me your good side.

You talk about internet marketing. I guess you don't know that the number one way to market your company online is your website. It shows who you are and how much you care about it. To me don't believe in it enough to go to template monster buy a cheap template instead of using frontpage to do your work.

P.S. this is my good side.

Thanks for your continued critical comments.

I'm not sure what you mean by "good customer support". If you check the time line of my post, and my replies, I think you will find I am responding at light speed for Internet Customer Support. :>)

as for the name calling you engage in ... I'll let others be the judge of that :>)

In business which you should know that a first impression is very important. On line your website is the first impression. Your website looks like a drunk HOBO giving stock market advise to a baby.

If you yourself believe in the company you would invest into your company. Get a loan turn that HOBO into a rehabilated HOBO.

Again, thank you for your critical comments.

I'm truly apologetic if I have given you the impression that I think I "know it all".

I truly do not. Moreover, if you do not care one way or the other, then you don't have any further interest and that's good.

And, I appreciate your continued urging to seek a lawyers advice. If you read my content, that is exactly what I wrote would be the first thing Patent Promoter Members would do. Did you read that?

I started my first business nearly 40 years ago, and the first thing I did was to consult a m lawyer. I've started a number of businesses over the years, and always hired a lawyer. It's the only way to proceed in business today. Again, Patent Promoters dot com will hire an attorney to advise the membership.

Internet marketing. Websites. Yes...very important; all things in good time.

I am sorry you think my idea is so poor. I don't think it is.

Loan? No thank you. A loan at this point of development would be foolish. At this point of development, ideas must be conversed, and sharpened. Much as we are doing here. A professional and polite discussion of a business idea is a great way to work a progress that is good.
