Partner Needed With Web Design Skills

I’m about to start an aviation related internet based business. We’re currently looking for a web designer to partner up with. You must be fluent in PHP and SQL as the majority of this project will require both. The basic design will be provided this will be more backend work then anything else.

We’re looking for:
User Registration (3 Levels)
Ability for one user level to post “classifieds” of sorts advertising houses for rent.

This position would be a profit share, more details when we discuss the details. We’re expected to gross a reasonable amount with expansion in the feature.
