Partner needed with PHP knowledge

Experience Required: Need a programmer with very good working knowledge of PHP and MYSQL.

Project Details: Established RPG text-based game. I have been coding it for almost 3 years now, had over 300 players on it, most features are working, just in a layout re-design stage. Need help to finish it off quicker and to complete some things I don't know how to do.

Marketing Concept: I had received $2,048.00 in donations since 2007 from players. I have a game card section where I will be selling activation code cards to video game stores in many states, the player can purchase a card, type in the numbers and code, and be credited coupons to use for in-game items. There would be many amounts such as $2.50, $5, $10, $20, $35, $50.
Also will be giveaway on game winners such as a coffee mug. Players will need to pay $$$ to get game credits (on the flash games, not part of the main game) to keep playing and trying to win a prize.
Also will continue to receive donations, and will be opening a Post Office box for players who are too young for credit cards, to mail in checks, money orders or cash for coupons.
Could even sell tshirts and stuff for extra income.

The Team: Myself (Owner), Christine (Graphic Artist), Kevin (Minimal Part time PHP guru)

Payments: I can pay you some out of my own pocket, $10 - $50 per feature. Once it launches (Summer 2010) you should be making around $300 a week for minimal maintenance work. (Which I will be helping with also).

What I will do: I will continue coding hardcore, work with my graphic artist to finish the remaining 400 graphics needing to be done, dealing with player issues, bug fixes, and all general work.
