Partner needed for web company

Hi Im new to entrepreneurship having just had an idea for my first internet business, unfortunately I have no coding/development experience, so to develop my idea I am looking to bring in a partner from the UK (where I live) who can take care of developing the service.

I have a good grasp of what is required and feel that it can be developed relatively quickly once I have the right person on-board.

In exchange I am willing to give him/her 30 percent of the company.

If anyone with HTML, CSS, SQL and associated skills is interested please get in touch, as I really beleive the service fills a gap in the market.

UK is the worse place to find programmers because:
they asking lot of money
they just don't have programming skills
I would recommend to find such kind partner from India. If you have money, you could use Guru.com to get freelancers for very low price.

I dont want a programmer, if I did I would go to elancer of GetaFreelancer, i want a partner - someone who is willing to commit to the company and stay to develop new products.
