We have several mines containing high grade silica (88%-99% pure) with .8 oz of gold and 8-10 oz of silver per ton of raw ore material.

We have a 90% finished mill site of 5 acres that is expandable to an additional 11 acres for ore processing.

We are in negotiations for agreements to provide silica to the chineses silicon wafer market and for an emerging technology in the piping and tanking industry.

The Economic Geology reports and mill pilot plant/production analysis operations demonstrates production values of $200,000 or more monthly in silica and precious metals. These reports are as of 2005/2006 and do not reflect the 40% increase in prices of the precious metals that has taken place.

We seek private placement funds in amounts of $500,000 to $20 million for capital improvements and further equipment and machinery acquisitions. We are prepared to discuss royalties and/or stock as collateral, with provisions for a buyout in the future.

Interested parties must be prepared to provide a letter of interest and proof of funds after the initial discussion.

Large scale production and sales levels can be achieved in as little as 6-12 months.
