Opening Restaurant- looking for someone to share ideas and insight

I'm planning on opening a Hookah Lounge in a year or two. I am currently building my business plan. I'm just looking for someone to reflect ideas off of and share ideas. I'm not really picky, I just am looking for someone creative and who has AIM or Yahoo Messenger.

In my opinion Hookah lounges corrupts kids. Increases the cigerette intake, by getting more people to smoke. Very unhealthy. You may also need insurance and have to deal with federal guild lines and inspections.
