    Online Store Seeking Partner/Investor

I’m currently seeking a business partner/investor for an automobile keyless remote online store. Potential partner/investor’s time and investment would be minimal. We are willing to offer a 49% stake in the company. Please let me know if anyone has any questions, comments or concerns.

I will manage and oversee the daily operations while the potential partner/investor will receive 49% of the company’s net income per quarter. As for the product line, the company will sell replacement automobile FOBs/keyless remotes.

Does the partner get 49% of the company stock or just 49% of the income? Do you already have a supplier for the materials? Do you have warehouse space for the project? Do you have an operational website? Do you have a business & marketing plan?

I'm asking these questions for a reason... I have a 9000sqft warehouse with state of the art inventory management software and two state of the art shipping stations (I also get a 36% discount on shipping). If you have a real business plan I may be able to help you implement it based on your supply and your website.

    Opportunity is knocking...

We currently have the suppliers, warehouse space and shipping/tracking covered. I want to thank you for the offer. At this point in time we’re looking for an initial investment of $500.00 to cover website and start up costs. As for the stake, the investor/partner will receive 49% of the shares and 49% of the net income per quarter.

$500??? You don't go looking for investors for $500... here try Personal Loans and Online Investing - Peer to Peer Lending - Prosper You'll have all the money you need in a few days. Seriously do not ask for investors for such a little amount. Anyone with money will shy away because if you can't come up with $500 then you are way to risky of an investment. In fact how can you afford warehouse space and the cost of your goods if you do not have $500? Is this going to be a drop ship business? If it is you need to say that in advance.

I agree with Roger, I was open to hearing where the conversation was going until you mentioned needing $500 which brought me level of interest to a screeching halt.

I read your add at the internet. We are a company that give loans from Swiss. My cuestion is; what is the exact amount that you need? And do you also have your own personal capital? Please send me the needed information and your contact details.
