Online Radio station - Seeking investment

Hello, I have been working on a brand new online asian radio station for the past few months.
The website is set to launch in september and has recieved a lot of media attention. The main reason for this is due to the fact that the station will be run and maintained solely by teenagers giving us a USP.

This is due to the fact that teenagers understand the problems faced by several youngsters today.
I am in need of an investment of $2000 in total. This can be with several different investors or one investor.

Your investment will be first priority and will be paid back before any other expenses are paid.
You will recieve a percentage of the business, and continue to recieve cuts even after your investment has been paid.

Hello, Thank you for the questions. We intend to pay back investors with capital raised by selling advertising both to local businesses in the area who have shown quite a bit of interest into the idea however are waiting for the much hyped launch. The radio station based in the midlands has recieved quite abit of recognition and therefore businesse's are willing to advertise both on air and via the website with links. This will generate most of the revenue in order to pay back investors.
As well as this we hope to include other ad's such as google Adsense which will generate further
revenue.

The general idea of the online station is to broadcast live shows using a shoutcast server on a fixed schedule. The website will include a wide range of shows to ensure there is a show suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds. Recently the BBC Asian Network announced its closure and therefore we believe this will allow us to capture most of the younger generation. We may not be as big as the BBC Asian network however we are certain that the closure will be beneficial for us.

The most appealing feature for our listeners is the ability of our easy request/shoutout line. This is a form which is very easy to fill out and is sent straight to the broadcaster on air for them to shoutout the request. This gives our listeners the opportunity to get involved or to simply be valued as a listener. We are also working on a call in and SMS line which will be up in time for the launch.

As regards to podcasting we do have a podcast system which will be up and running very soon too. This simply takes a live show and cuts it into a nice length which can be enjoyed by people subscribed to our podcast. This will simply be a short recap of the show and include its best bits.
