I am looking for an investor or a valid website to help me find and investor that wants to invest in real estate in the Northern Virginia / Metro DC area for quick investments or long term rental holds.

I posses all of the resources to find real estate investment grade properties in the Northern Virginia / Metro DC area through my brokerage firm. After acquisition I have the construction company to rehab the properties. Once completed my mortgage company and help finance the borrower to purchase the property or if long term we can rent the properties. And for closing, my title company can settle the investment.

What I bring to the table is a complete infrastructure that has one single point of management that can grow a large real estate investment portfolio. What I am looking for is a percentage ownership of each property long term or short term and a stream of income from each discounted service that would normally be paid out to contractors. This partnership will be an exclusive agreement to acquire, service and re-invest into the growth of a real estate portfolio. I am looking for a 2 to 5 million investment during a year process.
