Offshore Business Opportunity
Hi I am Errole Gutierrez, 27 years old, I graduated in Seattle, WA at Highline Community COllege, and I have a Project Base Business in Manila, Philippines and most of my projects deal with Website development, Web Hosting, Standard applications Programming, Custom Applications Programming, Accounting SOftware and Customization, etc.
I am looking for Business Partners or Investors who would be interested in venturing into an offshore business.
Why Invest in the PHilippines?
First and foremost the Philippines is the closest Asian country to the Western Culture in terms of work ethics and speech.
Majority of the Filipinos speak very good English. Millions of young new graduates flood the cities every year looking for job opportunities in and out of the metro.
In terms of Labor cost, the Philippines has a very low minimum wage law averaging from $175-$200 per month. Thus the cost of living here compared to other developed countries are very low.
In terms of skills. Filipinos are hardworking people and are well versed in the english language so training would be very easy. Plus as I mentioned earlier there are a lot of young new capabale graduates emerge from universities and colleges every year so man power is not a problem.
So how does this work? How do we make money?
I have been in business since 2004 and I started catering to local (Philippine) clients until late of 2005, through mostly referrals, i get to work with clients abroad like Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, USA.
I am thinking of providing the same IT service to the foreign market, USA, UK, CANADA, EUROPE, etc. but due to my geographic location, I am limited in terms of marketing and spreading the word out for the business.
Simply put, we cater IT services to foreign clients like the ones mentioned above and then have the products made here in the Philippines. Since the services or products are digital (softwares, websites, etc.), transmitting information would not be a problem because everything can be sent and received via the internet.
How do we make money? Simple. We leverage on the cheap labor in the Philippines and Sell the products abroad ata competitve price.
Like in website development - A fully functioning Content Management Website can be done here in less than $200. A website like this would go for a minimum of $500 abroad. so you make $300 proft right there. This kind of website can be completed in 10 days or less.
This relates the same for programming, hosting, etc. The Philippines is equipped with high tech fiber optic cables and wireless technology that runs its broadband connections nationwide so internet connectivity and speed would not be a problem.
What I need?
- is an investor who would provide the money for the business expansion.
- a business partner abroad who whould stand as a marketing arm for the services offerd with minimum cash out investment
- send me a proposal on how we can make this work with a win win solution.
offshoring is now the PHilippines booming and largest industry and is bringing alot of money to alot of people.
