Hi my name is Greg Peterson, I am 18 and trying to open a night club in downtown Visalia Ca. I am looking for a little start up money. I have one business partner, i have been in a dj business with him for one year. Now we are looking for a little bit of money to take our business to the next level.

One thing that Visalia lacks is any decent clubs. In town there is only one 18 and older club. With a local junior college located in town, and a high percentage of the population between the ages of 18 and 21, that makes visalia a great place to open up a new club.

Unlike most clubs, that focus on drinks and food, ours would focus on the actual dance aspect. We would cut costs on permits because we wont sale food and alocholic drinks. We also already have all the equipment need and the man power to run the club. All we need is a little more money to rent the building and make a few renovations. All we aneed is a little under $5000. We would be able to pay back the loan within 4 months, and the intrest within the following 2.
