I just joined this community and have a few questions for you. I have three different projects I need to complete. Two of the projects (businesses) need $500K each, while the last is a movie and am looking for funding in the range of $1.3M. I will have no problem discussing the film, once the appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed and returned to me.

The 1st Venture I would like to speak about is a hotel that was built in the 1920's. It was the first fire proof hotel built in Florida. The $500K would be used to repair the hotel, renovate, and rebrand the three bars on the ground floor.

The 2nd Venture, is called iShades. We are an innovative eyewear company. Our sunglasses have MP3 player, Bluetooth, Camera, and more. We are currently working on the application for the Android and iPhone (smart phone) platforms. We would use the $500K to finish the application, Get product in to the two stores already agreed to purchase. IN addition, we have obtained the rights to the songs for both commercials we are going to film.
