.NET Website Partner Wanted

I have a very comprehensive website project that I want to have developed. I am looking for a .NET developer who would develop this site with me and become my partner. This project is a revenue generating website. This would be ideal for a seasoned developer who would work on this on his own time and launch the site with me and manage it with me. I will handle the marketing and revenue generation. This would be a 50/50 split. I would need an NDA signed before I could provide the project details. This is only for United States based developers, not interested in overseas developers.

I too am looking for a website partner, but I need someone who has excellent marketing skills. It will be a revenue generator and a shot at making history on the net. This would also be a 50/50 split of cost and profits. Estimated 2K to build the site and take care of the legal. An NDA would need to be signed. I am aslo in the US as I take it you are too.
