I am looking for only $10,000 for a security deposit for a local cafe that is already up and running. I was going to add fresh baked goods to the mix, that include diabetic and gluten free products. The security deposit is refundable at end of lease if business doesn't perform as well as thought. I'm looking for help with this as soon as possible! The owner of the cafe got sick and that's why he is looking for someone else to take it over. He made good profit every month, plus he didn't market and I have extensive marketing and sales experience to bring in more clients.
