Need Website Programmer/Designer

I need a web designer/programmer for a new venture. I am creating a network of bloggers and my initial outreach to writers and bloggers has been much greater than originally anticipated. Due to this fact, I feel it may be appropriated to approach things with a larger scope and more encompassing website - this is something I am not equipped nor web savvy enough to produce and manage.

I will handle and oversee the network of bloggers and other business aspects. I need someone who can create and manage the web side of things.

In basic terms, the venture will combine the enormous writing power and content rich substance that independent bloggers around the world create and organize it onto one website. By organizing this vast amount of unique content this website will be highly attractive to search engines, thus driving unique and residual traffic. We will also provide a larger platform for independent bloggers to share their voice.

For those familiar with SEO, I have already spoken with 40+ bloggers (After only 36 hours of looking) who are interested in having their content featured on this website and are committed to a minimum of 4 articles per week (in most cases they are already writing this much). As a part of the network, they would be required to feature a link to our website on their home blog... this would create a huge and vast amount of inlinks. A stated before, those familiar with SEO knows what this means.

This is not a paid job. I am looking for someone who has a passion for innovation and new ventures. An interested person must be able to work independently and demonstrate past web design/programing experience.

Compensation will be based on a share of revenue.

I was wondering if I could help with this project. I just graduated from college and I am looking for experience. I have some knowledge of html, php, java, c++, and python. I also have used Gimp which is like Photoshop. My major was accounting so I am most interested in auditing internet security and data collection.
