Need some help...

My company is called Gamerz Paradise and it it a gaming center concept. I have a complete business plan and strong managment team. My gaming center will feature interactive technology and full motion simulators (driving and shooting) including leagues that we will start as well. We are also working on setting up tournaments in the online community like world of warcraft, dawn of war, etc. The management experience is relevant to the company's needs. We will be located in Atlantic Station which is a high trafficing location in Georgia, so a good location has already been figured out. We know the competition from what they are doing to what they are not.
The rates are membership and hourly, so either the customer can pay by month and have unlimited play or pay by the hour, we'll have pools, 3d spectator viewing, and hosting numerous tournaments.

My business plan has been reviewed and is solid..so now I'm trying to attract investors...One told me to try to get more proof to better prove the concept can work, the rate of return is good but I need help with getting investors.

If I was you I'd take the investors advice, Do what you can to prove your concept can work and then start approaching investors again this would be much more attractive.
