need small investment for new idea

hello every one i have a new idea for a great web site i need money for hosting marketing you can say i don't have enough money i need 4000 dollars
but wait before any question about this web site
my name is mostafa i am from egypt which an african country i am 23 years old
i can't travel abroad so it will be hard to meet investors from outside egypt but any one want to come and meet me he will be welcome
anybody will think that i am a scammer he will be right but i am sure that my idea is unique and will earn alot i studied it well this my mail for contact
