Need partner for wholesale wedding favors business

I've been running a retail wedding and party favor business and want to get into the wholesale end of things. There are so many of these specialty retailers out there - I have a good market for the products I wish to wholesale. However - this undertaking would require warehouse space, inventory, and a small staff - things which I cannot afford at this juncture. It would quickly repay itself, but I don't have any cash to front it. I even have a warehousing/inventory management company in mind and have found plenty of manufacturers to buy from ... just need someone with import experience, wholesale/drop-shipping experience, and/or capital to come on board with me.
