Need iPhone and Android Developer ASAP

We have a mobile platform that will disrupt the industry. We have a complete PowerPoint with every screen explanation. We also have every PSD for the screens. All you have to do is code. We need the app on iPhone and Android. We tried working with development companies, but nobody seems to have the hustle we need. We're looking for 2 or 3 devellopers looking to not only make money, but be part of the company when it takes off.

The entire project HAS to be done within 4 weeks. We'll pay a portion to get started and the rest when it is completed in 4 weeks. If the project goes beyond 4 weeks payment will be less. This is an extremely time sensitive project. The rest of our team will be available whenever you need. We all respond immediately and are very easy to reach.
