Need Investor(s) for Development of 14 "GayLife" Co-Brandable Domains,/ Community Sites, Dating, Blog, Magazine / Super Portfolio

14 Co-Brandable "GayLife" domains for development:

    GayLifeMagazine.com

    GayLifeMag.com

    GayLifeForums.com

    GayLifeForum.com

    GayLifeBlog.com

    (Gay Community Domains)

    GayLifeCommunity.com

    GayLifeSpace.com

    GayLifeTube.com

    GayLifeFriends.com

    GayLifeCams.com

    GayLifePersonals.com

    GayLifeDate.com

    GaylifeDating.com

    GayLifeScene.com

The term "Gay Life" is not offensive and should be well received among the gay and lesbian communities alike.

I"m willing to transfer ownership of these 14 domains into a newly formed Corp. I'm asking 15% equity
in the Corp stock for the 14 domains.

The business plan and prospectus would be better left to more
experienced hands. I'm not a CPA. I do know websites and domains. And good domains are
appreciating an average of 24% per year. The thing with my
proposal is an estimated initial investment of $25,000-$35,000 could
make enormous profits once several of the community and dating websites and possibly blog...were up and running. Just imagine the potential of 12 co-branded popular sites.

I did a Google search on "Gay Life", "Gay Life Friends" etc and each returned millions of results.

Each domain could become a very profitable website or blog in its own
right...brand them together with the expertise of a website development
    firm..and it's a guaranteed money maker.

I would suggest targeting the gay and lesbian community alike.

Once the Corp is formed..I will transfer ownership of the domains to
the Corporation. As stated, my ownership would be 15% in the Corp stock
    for the domains.

$25,000-$35,000 should easily pay for a business plan, prospectus and the
website development from a experienced website development firm, a community site and dating site to start. In addition, pay for
advertisement (PPC, Paid Links , Search Engine Optimization (Search Engine Optimization), and even automated affiliate programs), of the first two sites. Plus buy several existing active gay / lesbian forums and migrate their members' databases into our forums, blogs and community sites.

Get these domains to the top of the search engines and I'm very sure they will be very "clickable" domains.

I feel this is an extrodinary opp for the right
investor(s) who can see the enormous potential of these highly
    brandable and co-marketed domains.

I think it wise to purchase the domain GayLife.com ...it is just a parked domain at this point. This may be costly depending on the owner, but well worth the investment if it is within reason. This will lock in our domination of this brand "Gay Life".

If you have read this far, than I don't need to explain the potential of successful community and dating sites.

In my humble opinion, you need a niche to develop a successfull active paid dating site in today's internet invironme. I feel our retentian of paid memberships will be higher than average if the sites are developed and promoted properly.

Website development, optimization and ongoing managenent firms are not nearly as expensive as they were just a few years ago. A competant firm or pro website manager can make a huge differance in the level of success of websites.

The business plan , should be agressive, flexable with long term goal of developing each domain into a active co-branded website.

AdultFriendFinder.com has done just this, yet all the websites they operate are not instantly recognized under the same brand. That is our advantage, if the business plan is followed.

Trademark and service mark of the words "Gay Life" are open to mark. The brand would not be particurly strong online in my opinon, but very strong for "GayLifeMagazine", should that project ever happen. "Gay Life Magazine" just sounds high end...
