need investor for online poker site (short term loan high return with ownership)

I am looking for an investor for a new style of online poker(legal and being done currently) we have celebrities that have agreed to sign on also. The investor will get 15% return on a one year note plus $.50 per registered player per month for the life of the company. Three year target is 3 million players. Return would be close to 1 million a month at plan. I do have a business plan ready with financials and the team that has been assembled is top notch and the site is launch ready..
