I am looking for an investor who can supply appx $76212 as an interest only loan. I will repay $1270.20 per month over the next 60 months. After that point I will either resign the loan, pay it off, or transfer the loan elsewhere.

I have a very nice FICO score and no negative items on my credit report.

I accrued this debt by growing my business and I have sufficient funds to pay for this new proposed loan. It would free up cashflow for me because I am currently paying $2000/mo in and credit card debts which is about to go up because I was a couple days late (not 30.. just a day or two) on a couple of cards. They have increased the interest rates and I cant juggle them anymore.

I am unable to obtain any sort of home equity loans because my debt to income ratio is too far out of line… The ironic thing is, if they gave me a loan, I would be in much better shape.

I am willing to let you put a lien on my home which currently has $60-$70 in equity.
