    Need Help!!!

I am a 49 year old father of three with four grandchildren who has been working for other companies for 20 years now installing seamless gutters and am getting nowhere! I have the knowledge and the skills to succeed in this business but lack the start-up capitol to do so.
I have the contacts and the builders to start work right away!!
The average home is around 250 nlinear feet of gutter and spout which at $3.50 per foot comes to $875.00. The cost of material for this is about$180.00 which leaves a net profit of $695.00. I am capable of doing 2 of these homes per day!
But on average I install around 5-6 hundred feet per day. And then there is leaf protection which I can esily install up to 800 ft. a day! The earning potential here is real and this business lacks the kind of dedication and pride I take in what I do.
All I would need is a start-up investment of $25,000.00 which would cover Truck&Ladders--Trailer&Gutter Machine--and licensing and insurance on equipment. The time to act is NOW!! this is the begining of the building season for new construction and the time of year when exsisting home-owners want to upgrade or install leaf protection. This is a golden opportunity and the earning potential can be great!! We can be talking a daily net profit of $2,000.00 or more!!

    how is your personal credit?
have you looked into getting a loan?
borrowed money is usually cheaper than invested money....
i also think that if you are so certain about the business, borrowing money may be the way to go(if you have the means)
    also
finding someone that will be even remotely dedicated to the business as you are may be a challenge
i do wish you luck though and hope you get things going

Thanks Marc..but unfortunately my credit is not so good! I guess this is one of those deals where I will have to find someone willing to take a chance on hard work and determination. I will keep on trying!!
