Need Financial Partner for Real Estate Investing

My name is Amie Thibodeaux and I am a real estate investor. I am currently looking for a financial partner who can provide the financial resources needed to purchase and renovate real estate.Now is the time to buy real estate. Even though you may not be able to sell high in most markets today, purchasing low and selling low is very profitable. Let's say that we purchase and sell 100 properties in a year with an average of 25,000.00 in profit per property (which is low). Profit would be 2.5 million in one year split 50/50. Let's say that we purchase and sell 100 properties in a year with an average of 40,000.00 in profit per property. Profit would be 4 million in one year.

If real estate investing is so easy my questions would be:

A. If you really are this good at real estate investing and finance you would easily already have the resources necessary to get this project started.

B. Why are you not seeking a loan for yourself to get started?

C. Your numbers seem way off. Can you direct me to any resource where a single person is buying/selling/renovating a 100 properties a year at a greater then $25,000 per property profit?

What market/location are you in? What will be the average property purchase price?

So your strategy is buy low sell low?
