Need finance for oil industry related contracts or investors

Hi guys I am not really new hear been reading the forums for years just have not been active unfortunately not much time to be making post.

Ok so what we are looking for I have some real good contacts in Pemex ( Pemex is Mexico's government run Oil Company ) I have the construction and engineering companies I have partnered up with that will execute any size contract that I get from Pemex but Finance is needed on the larger projects.

In 2011 I will be offered contracts as little as $100,000 and as big as $100,000,000+ I can secure these contracts and the work force with the experience to do the job, but I need finance to be able to do the jobs.

If there is any serious investors or financiers willing to get involved there is a lot of money to be made off my contacts.

A little about me I am from Yakima , Washington my family all still lives there and have many successful business's Juice Plants, Brewery's , Concrete/Cement/Gravel Plants, Malls, Office buildings rented to the government on 20 year lease's and a lot of real estate and more too much to post unfortunately with the economy over the last few years they are able to keep the family business's afloat but not able to help me with funding at the moment but any deal made between us can be made in the US with my Family coming in for my percentage in the deals to give US financiers and Investors Piece of mind about sending their money to Mexico

About the contracts on most contracts you can expect them to be 3-9 months long and make 20% - 70% profit over that time period most the contracts being in the 30% range. Also Pemex is as safe as it gets they pay all contractors that do the job on time and correctly because if they did not everyone would stop working with them in fear that they too would not be paid so these are very safe investments.

How much you will make will depend on the job unless you are only interested in financing and receiving a % back over a certain amount of time. For investors every contract is different so depending on the Utility of the contract you get involved in will depend on what % profit you will make back over a certain duration.

Most the time the larger the contract the better the payoff but also the longer the payoff

Also open to joint ventures if you currently have a company that works or is looking to get into the oil business and have what is needed to do jobs for the oil company let me know what it is you propose, what you can do, and what area and specific types of jobs you would like to get contracts for and I might be able to get your company a direct contract with Pemex- however you will still need to finance the job only here you would be financing yourself.

The only real option I see for you and your idea is this: If you can secure the contracts (actually have signed contracts in hand) - then, you can factor those contracts. It is called purchase order financing. Here, a factoring company will advance you up to 100% of the money you need to complete the job(s). Then, once the job is completed and you get paid - you pay off the advance and pocket the profits. So, get the contracts - any way that you can.

Most investors will want to see some type of track record from either the company or the management team. Very few actually invest in seed or pre-seed companies. Other then that, you might try to hit up friends and family for enough cash to complete one job. Then, with one job under your belt - you can then show investors a track record.

    Hello Phanio,

Thanks for the advice we have actually completed many projects between me and my partners, just completed 2 construction jobs for Pemex in el Terminal Maritima de Pajaritos both jobs were finished on December 8th and paid December 30the. The problem here is not getting a contract or contracts, it is knowing when I get the contract that I will have the finance available to execute the contract and in some case's depending on the contract they are time sensitive in the case of these 2 we just finished they are around $500,000 each and had to be finished in 50 days from start to finish so if for some reason I was to go after another contract like these that are very time sensitive I would need finance pretty much the day we get the Fallo which is the pre contract with Pemex. However with other contracts that are 6-9 monthes are longer your idea would work great. I would just need to know which companies factor contracts and in a decent time period because down here in Mexico they also do this only they take between 2-3 months which leaves me in a bind again.

What I am looking for is financiers that will literally become my partners maybe starting with smaller projects and moving on to larger contracts as they feel more comfortable.

A question I have here apart from the one above is does anyone on this forum know the best places to be looking for money if not here then where. There are plenty of services but most as far as I can tell are mostly just sites trying to make a buck they make list of fake investors or they add real investors without there permission, A real service would be great.
