Need CFO, CEO, & COO for REIT style business venture

Hi I am currently working on the formation of a Real Estate Investment Trust using lease option properties and I need a team. The details of the the company have not yet been planned but with your help we can succeed in bringing home ownership to millions of families that can not otherwise get financing through conventional means. I have developed a forum (like this one) website that can be used to discuss the different aspects business plans of the venture. I am currently working with a small budget and cannot pay any potential partners but as the business receives revenue all partners will receive distributions of payments. According to palimanary studies the businss has the potential of generating a millions dollars within 5 years.
