When someone's computer breaks and they don't know what they're doing, they look around and the first thing that jumps to mind is to look around for a computer tech. The first one they find is usually the first one they work with, regardless of price or service. People simply want their products without fussle but there's no 100% easy way to do this today. There's no top brand minus Best Buy's Geek Squad that jumps to mind.
I want to take the computer repair industry and revolutionize it. Everything from the atmosphere to the customer service experience will be the highest of quality. Our prices will be absurdly sane and our employees will be top notch professionals who know what they do and love it. Profits will come from a large touchscreen display that spans the entire width of a wall that people can write on. This banner will rotate every 5 minutes to an advertisement/commercial.
A quote of sample prices susceptible to change:
-Virus removal $79
-OS Reinstall $49
-motherboard not working [price of motherboard] + $70
Our low prices, advertising on the subway, free phone tech support, and quick turnaround time (usually 24 hours or less) would win people over.
There will be a lounge for people to relax while their products are repaired/sit in comfy leather couches and play video games on HDTVs lined across a dark wall. We'll use it for LAN tournaments or whatever. Admission fee for this area is $20 for all day access. To rent a "lounge" aka 3 couches around a table and an HDTV to look up at you need to leave an ID card (student, government, etc.)
This is my vision and I need to make this a reality. I'd need a whole lot of money to survive for 3 years basically. Would any investors want to invest in this kind of venture?
