Monster idea needs a partner in dallas

I feel I have a fantastic idea for a business, but I need help on the technology side of it. I am not re-inventing the wheel with this, it is clear the technology is out there, but I haven't the foggiest on how to put it together. I have not finished up with the patent attorney yet but we should be underway here in the next week or two. I am looking for someone who I can meet in person in Dallas to discuss this idea once my attorney gives the ok. I need someone knowledgeable in scanning devices and programming. I feel extremely confident in the idea and the person willing to help to get it started will be re-warded immensely. This person will need to be willing to bootstrap until the snowball starts rolling. I will be in charge of raising capitol and sales, I need an individual who can be in charge of a technology department as well as set the stage on making the idea a reality. Please do not pm or reply about the business itself yet. If you are willing to meet me in person and are willing to take a chance, let me know what your strengths and weaknesses are and what your skill set is and hopefully we can set something up.
    Thanks

One thing that I would suggest doing before you meet with any potential business partners is to create a list of the key skills, experience, and attributes that your potential business partner will need.

Then, I'd make sure to use this as a baseline when evaluating people. It is important that you get along well with your potential partner, but its also important that you don't lose sight of why you are finding a business partner in the first place.
