MMO Game Creation Suite [ Serious Investor(s) Needed ]

I have been developing a mmo game creation suite, and am looking for a business partner/investor to help finance the completion of the project.

Funds would be used to setup a studio, hire staff, buy equipment.

So far the engines networking framework is complete an the cross platform engine and client system is semi functional. Looking for serious investors/partners only! The framework was built using a combination of open source apis and commercial apis like speedtree and physx. The framework itself is operational but is not quite ready for production. The project needs investment in specific areas to be able to turn this project that started as a casual development into a commercial success.

I have a solid business model and have done years of research so lack of planning is not an issue. The issue i have had is fnding someone who seriously wants to make good money back off their investment. If we aquired an investor within the next few days, we could be have a marketable game produced from it by the christmas season.

Please answer back with questions and/or concerns as soon as possible without haste.

    Dragonrift,

I appreciate your answers and wish you the best of luck. Im in the U.S. and involved in gaming from the accesories side (console and PC). Right now, 200-300k is outside my range. I'm looking to expand into that arena eventually, perhaps it's too premature.

We are still looking for investors to help this project complete its last leg. So far we have had no serious takers. People think that 200k-300k is alot but this kind of problem makes hundreds of millions of dollars once it does get completed. Right now we have come a long ways but due to the recession many people including myself have been unemployed. I really want to be able to make this project succeed so if anyone out there hears my crys for help, please contact me back as soon as possible. I have talked to banks and even the government, I have talked to friends and family. No one is willing to help me out because I do not own some expensive property or have thousands of dollars to use as a down payment. We live in a cruel financial would but I have a business plan that will allow us to corner the market, even in the recession.

If one forum doesn't work, then try another.
Increase your chances by positng on multiple forums instead of waiting for a response here.(If you weren't already doing that.)

Video games are one of the largest selling products in the world. Billions are made on them every year. So it is a great business to do.

The three things you need to tell us about is....

#1. Your experience in gaming (do you have any skills in making them?)

#2. Have you finished a business plan yet?

#3. Exactly how much do you need to get started?

All three of these need to be answered before an investor will consider lending you any money.

For $200 - 300k that will get you a very small studio and little equipment. Depending on what type of game you want to do. If you want like 3D ones on systems like PS3 you need at least $750k to start. Or something like 2D computer games like flash or java, then your fine on that money.
