    micro brewery

We have a unique engineering angle and are looking to acquire capital for a micro brewery. Owner is the creative engineer behind it all. All of the ground work has been taken care of. Charlotte area. Funding will be there, would rather get started sooner though. Just brewed a small batch last night. Minor investment, major return.

You didn't give any details about the business at all. Lay out a few key points for us.

    1. Description of the business.

    2. Operate in which area, and what market share do you have?

    3. How much investment are you asking for? and what does the money go for?

    4. What kind of experience do you have?

I believe everyone will agree with me, that with these details you will attract a serious investor to actually look it over and see if he/she likes the idea.

We are a start up near Charlotte, North Carolina. We have sales staff, marketing, legal in place. Our intention is to start locally, involving ourselves with specific local businesses. As I stated, the young man devising the entire system is a 30 year old engineering consultant that is already looked at as a commodity in engineering consulting and automated systems, consulting with several of the largest companies in the country as far as automated packaging system development. The product is unique as far as branding. We would be looking for 75-100k for equipment (brewing) and pre advertising. Market share will grow from day 1 at a steady pace. Everyone involved is college educated, and all have experience in their respective fields.

Forgive me, but let me add.....This is VERY well thought out. The principles have determined each others strengths and are a very cohesive unit. This is not a fly by night idea.
