Marketing Partner for Web Design Firm

Hello everyone,

I just found this forum, but I've been posting on several other related forums and I thought I'd repost my partnership opportunity here. I'll come back in the coming days and browse the posts here more thoroughly.

Ontic Solutions is a new web and graphic design company that manages and subcontracts to a specific group of freelancers. We aim to provide clients with hand-selected developers unique to their projects. We have over 60 freelance developers interested in working with us and we're looking to expand our client base.

The partner position will be responsible for the development and execution of Ontic Solutions' overall marketing strategy. Ontic Solutions is a startup with no established brand or customer base, so the ideal candidate will have experience in developing a startup. The position will involve finding clients and making sales with the aim of establishing a customer base.

We do have a large team of freelancers interested in working with us already and several small projects underway. Please get in touch for more details.

We prefer the following in potential partners, but are willing to consider all those with relevant experience:
*4 year degree
*2+ years of marketing experience, preferably having successfully worked with a startup
*Familiarity with web and graphic design
*Proven ability to find clients and convert to sales

would you have a significant marketing budget for the marketing personal to utilize? Sometimes the power is in the options you have via your budget allotted? Its how you use it that makes a marketer so essential.

At first, no. But I'm, of course, open to reinvesting money from the first few clients back into marketing. A specific plan would be discussed with whoever ends up being a partner.

Thank you for the offer, but as I said, we have very little startup capital, so a partner interested in equity would be best.
