Hi Dave,

Competition is largely based on your specific area. Here in South Florida there is alot of competition. Our marketing material and approach has allowed us to rise above the competitors. We are now in 6 different areas and each branch owner is on pace to make $60,000+ there first year. You only need to be doing 10-14 cleanings a week to reach that number and many of your customers are repeat weekly/bi-weekly customers. In my market we do about 80% residential and 20% commercial which consists of two local gyms, a hair salon, and a few office buildings.
