Looking For Web Designer (HTML/CSS) To Develop Front End of Web Servie

I'm looking to find someone to work with to design the front end of a web based service I've developed with php/MySQL. The service is probably 90% functional at this point. Need to work out the styling and layout before completing. Then need to fully test out.

The service is seasonal. We would ideally need to have something close to completed by the end of February to start selling.

Aside from the initial design, I'd need you to be available for any emergency needs as the busy season kicked off as well as any changes needed for future seasons.

My funding for this venture is limited at the moment. Ideally, I'd like to find someone willing to work out some type of profit sharing deal.
