Looking for USD1k Investment - Promote & CashOut

I currently own and manage 10 websites.
3 of them are ready for web promotion.
6 of them are still in pending stages.
All of them are online at the moment.

I intend to sell each of them once they
start receiving consistent traffic from
the search engine and once they start
generating ad revenues.

But before that can be realized, I'm in
need of capital to acquire a couple of web
promotional tools. The intended tools are
extremely powerful and I believe there's
a high chance of succeeding with them.

Are there people using these tools? Yes a few
Are all of them succeeding with it? No and
the reason why they are not is because they
do not have the patience to learn how to use
them properly.

I personally taught myself how build websites
without paid guidance and attending courses.
Using tools properly will definitely not be an
issue for me.

Web Promotion can start within a week once
I've acquired them. Results can be expected within
2-3mths.

The tools in total will cost exactly USD927.00
The amount will only be good for 6 months for
one of them. So After 6 months, I intend to return
your investment in full with additional of course.
Approximately totaling USD1,500.00 (with confidence)

Or if you would prefer, 50% of my capital gain from
the sale of all my 10 websites. My goal will be to
sell them at an average price of USD500.00 each. To
sell a website at that price, it basically needs
to generate at least $50 per month consistently for 3 mths.
If it generates more per month from my promotional efforts,
i can sell it for a high price.

The risk involved... promotions may not be successful
(unlikely but just in case) If that's the case,
all my websites can be liquidated for at least
USD50.00 to USD75.00. So in total, the most I
will be able to give you back is about USD500.00
to USD750.00

I can disclose my websites and the specifics of how I would
use the money from your investment. But only if you are
interested.

You posted this offer with 7 posts. Generally, people like to invest in people with a positive reputation. What would make them think you won't just take the $1,000 and run? Also, if your sites are only worth $50 to begin with, I wouldn't dump money into marketing them.

I get what you mean ;P So down to it, no point lookin for investors here huh?

Just wanted to let you know it's not juz about marketing them. I'm planning to sell them off when they are ready to be sold. I've done it once with a site (hxxp://whatsinyourcolon[dot]com) and now I'm repeating the method with 10 sites.

Generally, I'm aware that sites with no revenue generation do not have the true value. They can only be sold but for a very low price. I did try to sell one of 10 of my sites on DP.

I was offered USD50 for it. (hxxp://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1546947) But i just didn't want to let it go because my plan is to sell em off at a higher price. In order to achieve that, i need to proof to buyers that they are earning a decent amount of revenue per month. From the thread itself, you can mainly see what buyers are looking for. Traffic + Revenue

So here i am trying to source some funds to make it happen but it's not happening LOL.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know

How do I? Get A Loan? I have not statements to declare income.
If I had income, i wouldn't be sourcing for funds in the first place. Everything I had was already spent on the sites ZzzzzZ
