Looking for Technical partners

I'm an ex-investment banker with experience advising large Telecom and Media companies on their corporate strategy and arranging financing. I resigned to use my expertise and money to start my own business.

I have an idea that I believe has a great deal of potential and I'm looking for technical co-founders that would be willing to dedicate their time to build a proof of concept/prototype. Experience in mobile wireless application development would be a must.

I'm currently living between London, England and Waterloo/Toronto, Canada - so ideally you would be located close to either of those areas, but not a deal breaker.
